SUMMARY:Walking Club
DESCRIPTION:In the current political situation\, many of us are feeling scared\, stressed-out\, unable to control our situation\, and are looking for support. One recommendation to deal with stress is to get exercise. Our DEI Team has started a Walking Club to support one another and to begin exercising to help both our physical and our mental health. \nJoin us on Tuesdays from 6-7pm at Souderton Community Park\, 447 Wile Avenue\, Souderton. We will meet near the pavilion and follow the path around the park. \nAll ages and abilities are welcome. If you have medical concerns\, please consult your physician before joining the walk. \nLisa Cinciripini will be leading the pack along with the DEI Team: Kathy Pendleton\, Sue Wack\, Carolyn Leake\, Joan Yeager\, Pastor Alan. If you have any questions\, please contact Lisa at office@zwingli.org
