Elaine Ely, Interim Associate Pastor    e-mail

Pastor Elaine Ely

Pastor Elaine has been serving as our Interim Associate Pastor since May 2017, after numerous visits to our pulpit as a Supply Pastor. She has a total of 5 children and 3 grandchildren, scattered from Boston to Nashville - Michael and his wife, Sharon, with children, Zack, Maya and Ella, daughter, Kate, and daughter, Elysa and her husband, Brian. Her youngest 2 are teenagers, Weston and Kyla, living with her in Quakertown.

Elaine received her Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University in Social Work and her Master of Divinity from Palmer Seminary (then called Eastern Baptist). She was first ordained in the United Methodist Church in 1991 and received Privilege of Call in the United Church of Christ in 1999. Her primary focus of ministry was in Hospice Chaplaincy and Bereavement. She became known to several families at Zwingli in her role as Bereavement Counselor for Grand View Hospice from 2004 to 2012. She continues to do Bereavement Counseling in her private practice.

Elaine has served on the North Penn Association Committee on Ministry, and is currently the Moderator of our Association, which keeps her busy, also, in the work which that requires on our PSEC Consistory. Elaine has a great love for music, and will talk tirelessly about her kids and the mission trips she and they have been on to Haiti and (most recently) West Virginia.

Music Director Steve Emery

Steve has re-assumed the role of Music Director, and we are currently seeing and hearing his organ and piano skills in our Facebook Youtube worship sessions. Steve works full time in Emery Brothers, doing pipe organ restoration, building, maintenance and tuning. Lisa Cinciripini, Administrative Assistant

Secretary Lisa Cinciripini

Lisa Cinciripini has been the church secretary at Zwingli UCC since August, 2001. She has an Associate of Applied Science Medical Secretarial Degree and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in early childhood education. She was married in 1989 to Tom Cinciripini, a construction supervisor for Kane Builders Inc. They have two sons, Jacob and Kyle.

Lisa and Tom are active volunteers at Zwingli UCC in various areas and use those opportunities to share and grow in God's love. The Zwingli Nursery School is a very important part of Lisa's mission to the church and families in the Indian Valley area. Offering a quality early childhood education program at an affordable price has always been the goal at Zwingli and Lisa hopes with the hard work of the board and the staff to continue to offer that in the future.

A mission trip to Biloxi, Mississippi with 15 other Zwingli members is Lisa's most memorable volunteer time. This opportunity opened her heart to the victims of Katrina in a very personal way and was a great way to share God's love with those who have suffered such great hardship. This trip also built lifetime friendships with the other volunteers from Zwingli. Thank you to Zwingli Church for the opportunity to represent you in this relief effort.

Lisa has volunteered in community organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, community sports teams, YMCA, and civic clubs. Spending time with family is Lisa's favorite thing to do. She also enjoys sharing laughter and fun with friends. Lisa is a certified scuba diver with her husband Tom and enjoys vacationing and exploring the deep blue seas.
