On Sunday, June 22nd, Zwingli UCC will join with four other Souderton churches for worship in Souderton Park. The morning will begin at 9:30am for those who would like to enjoy free donuts and water bottles, continue with pre-service music at 9:45 with the Family Worship service beginning at 10:00am. The service will be led by local pastors and lay persons from the five churches.
We last came together in 2019BC (before Covid) for this ecumenical service, a wonderful and Spirit filled time together.
Please bring along lawn chairs and/or a blanket to sit in/on. Loose monetary offerings, as well as canned goods, will be received for Keystone Opportunity Center. You are also welcome to bring along your offerings for Zwingli church in your church envelope or simply drop it off at the office, give electronically, or give online.
In case of inclement weather, the service will be held at Souderton Mennonite Church. We will notify folk Saturday, June 21 in the evening if weather necessitates the change in venue.
We look forward to worshipping with our Christian siblings and ecumenical partners who work together in ministry and fellowship. The other churches participating are Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Souderton Brethren in Christ, Souderton Mennonite Church and Zion Mennonite Church. If you have questions, please be in touch with Pastor Butch or Pastor Alan.
